Job summary

G-A-Richards-Plant-2-LLC is seeking a shop floor operator to run metalworking machines and related saws. You will also operate a forklift and an overhead crane, supporting stamping, punching and drilling tasks.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. The role offers a daytime shift with potential overtime and includes benefits after 90 days.

Pay Range: $16 - $21/hr

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401K after 90 days!

Shift: 5:0 AM - 1:30 PM with overtime

Summary: Responsible for running and setting up metal working machine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.

• Run metal working machines
• Run saw
• Drive forklift and drive overhead crane
• Operate stamping presses, production saws, punching machines, drills, and other metal working machinery
• Band and shrink wrap material

Other Qualifications

Ability to maneuver various lengths of raw steel by hand (12”-10”)

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
