Job summary

You will perform blanking, piercing, forming and related tasks, read blueprints, and use calipers to ensure precise parts. Housekeeping, PPE adherence, and willingness to work overtime on Fridays are essential.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and use calipers.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Related fabrication or hard stamping press experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping presses to perform blanking, piercing, forming and related operations.
• Maintain safe operation and housekeeping; keep press bed and work area clean.
• Ensure correct count and perform first piece quality checks.
• Identify and record parts produced; use chemicals and lubricants properly.
• Follow PPE, 5S and all safety rules and standard work guidelines.
• Be available on Fridays to support department schedule and move to other departments when needed.
