Job summary

STRATTEC Security Corporation is a world‑class supplier of automotive access and security systems. We are seeking a hands‑on operator to join our Milwaukee manufacturing team, someone who can set up assigned equipment, troubleshoot, and provide work direction to others while coordinating with key customers and partners.

The role emphasizes quality and safety: perform piece‑to‑piece inspections, rotate across machines, complete routine maintenance, and document SPC data to QS‑9000 standards.

Qualifications

• Must have writing skills
• Must have reading skills
• Must have math skills
• Must pass set-up test
• Must hold or pass STRATTEC operators drivers license

Responsibilities

• Sets- Up assigned equipment, trouble shoots and makes corrective adjustments , trains and provides work direction, as required.
• Adjusts or corrects existing set-ups. Completes msicellaneous routine maintenance as required.
• First piece-last piece quality inspection requirements. Rotate to various assigned machines as required.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• SPC charting and complete QS-9000 inspection requirements.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required.
• Change or sharpen tools to maintain quality of work, make repairs according to specifications
