Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Stamp Operator to run an automated stamping line for cigarette cartons, identify stamps, and ensure smooth operation. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-moving warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the line and stamping machine for smooth operation.
• Report any cigarette package or carton damages.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and product damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.
• Schedule: 1st Shift, 6:00am start time.

What You’ll Do As a Stamp Operator

• Feed cigarette cartons through an automated machine that stamps, repacks, and returns them to a conveyor.
• Identify product and appropriate tax stamps.
• Monitor the line and stamp machine to ensure smooth operation.
• Report any cigarette package or carton damages.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications You’ll Bring As a Warehouse Teammate

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
