Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is seeking packers to restock, count, pack and label products for shipment in a fast-paced environment. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting 40+ pounds, and operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Work location is in-person in McAllen, TX, with relocation required prior to starting. You will join a team focused on efficiency and accurate paperwork to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Restocking product, inspects, counts, packs, and labels products, ensuring they are correctly packaged and prepare orders for shipment. Key responsibilities include maintaining product quality, ensuring packaging integrity, keeping the work area clean and safe, and operating related equipment to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment. The job requires standing for extended periods, lifting 40+ pound objects, and performing repetitive motions. Frozen cold storage (Average temperature 30°) Fast-paced role requiring efficiency and speed. Place products into containers, boxes, or bags, and ensure these are properly sealed and secured. Apply accurate labels and any necessary paperwork to finished packages. Operate equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, or labeling machines as needed. Packers work as part of a team to maintain the production flow.
