Position Summary

This role leads the Stakeholder Management Solutions (SMS) practice within the Upper Midwest Office (UMW), based in Minneapolis, MN. The position is responsible for defining and executing the practice strategy, driving business growth, overseeing project delivery, and providing overall leadership to ensure continued success. Reporting to the Regional Environmental Global Practice Manager, this leader will expand the SMS team, strengthen client relationships, and grow the practice regionally and nationally in alignment with core values of integrity, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

• Provide direction, mentorship, and professional development for staff.
