Suntek Corporations Inc in Raleigh, NC seeks skilled Pipe Welders to join our team. You will perform pipe welding on stainless steel piping systems, weld butt joints per procedures, and ensure proper alignment and fit-up to meet project specifications.

You must complete the client's welding qualification tests and demonstrate weld quality that satisfies inspection criteria, with experience in TIG/GTAW or equivalent processes and readiness to pass practical tests.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated industrial pipe-welding experience.
• Hands-on experience with stainless steel butt welds.
• Experience with TIG/GTAW or other required welding processes, as specified by the client.
• Ability to pass the client's practical welding test.
• Familiarity with weld quality requirements and inspection procedures.

Responsabilités

• Perform pipe welding on stainless steel piping systems.
• Weld butt joints according to approved welding procedures and project specifications.
• Prepare, fit, and weld pipe joints while maintaining proper alignment.
• Produce high-quality welds that meet applicable inspection and acceptance criteria.
• Work with pipefitters to ensure accurate joint preparation and fit-up.
• Follow welding procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Participate in required weld qualification tests and inspections.
