Job summary

TP Mechanical in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced pipefitter to read blueprints, measure pipe lengths, and perform shop layout and fit-up of piping assemblies.

You will work with welders to position pipes for welding, conduct quality checks, operate fabrication tools, handle materials, and maintain a safe, organized shop in compliance with OSHA 10 and company policies. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work long hours outdoors as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pipefitting experience in fabrication or construction (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of various piping materials (carbon steel, stainless steel).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a shop environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to pass MIG positioner rollout certification on 2" sch80 weld test.

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
