Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a production associate to spray parts on an overhead stain line and rotate through all spraying positions. The role includes helping with filter changes and performing preventive maintenance on spray guns, booths and booth areas.

The candidate must hold an Allegro hood certification and achieve color qualifications on color runs. The position implies shift 1 in the United States, with full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of door colors, DOCK system, scanning knowledge, and timeline/schedule knowledge.
• Hinging, sanding, and staining experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Spray parts on overhead stain line and rotate through all spraying positions.
• Assist with filter changes and perform day-to-day preventive maintenance on spray guns, booths, and booth area.
• Maintain Allegro hood certification as required.
• Achieve passing color qualifications on established color runs.
• Assist with repairs and fill in as needed.

Employee will also be required to help do filter changes and be required to work at a fast pace. Employee will also be required to be responsible for day to day preventive maintenance on spray guns, booths, and booth area. Employee will also be required to have an Allegro hood certification. Employee is also expected to achieve passing color qualifications on established color runs. Employee will also have to assist with repairs and fill in as needed.
