TAIT is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records and support daily rental warehouse operations in Nashville, TN. You will track equipment, prep orders, and ensure safe, organized workflows.

This role partners with rental, inventory, and operations teams to keep equipment available and ready for deployment. Ideal candidates have basic math and strong attention to detail, with experience in inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Experience in rental, logistics, warehouse, staging, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory counts and audits using computerized systems.
• Track movements and verify materials and transactions.
• Verify rental packages contain all components prior to shipment.
• Pull, stage, package, and prepare rental equipment for delivery.
• Load and unload trucks and handle equipment safely.
• Inspect equipment for accuracy and condition.
• Return inventory to storage while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain organized inventory and documentation.
• Identify, document, and report damaged or missing equipment.
• Support maintenance of staging equipment and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with teams to meet business needs.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
