Job summary

EventWorks in Nashville is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations within our full-service event rental environment. You will pull, pick, stage, and verify rental orders, load and unload trucks, and help with inventory control while cross-training in Linen and Dish Departments.

The role requires attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work fast in a team setting; overtime potential may exist.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and identify numbers accurately.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pick, stage, and verify rental orders.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory control including counting and restocking.
• Inspect rental items for quality and cleanliness.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas.
• Operate pallet jacks and carts safely.
• Cross-train and provide support in Linen and Dish Departments.
• Follow safety standards and management instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
