LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking a Staging Operator for the 2nd shift at our on-site facility in Aurora, Ohio. You will coordinate and prepare materials for production, organize the staging area, and assist with inventory control while following safety protocols.

The role requires basic tool use, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior staging or warehouse experience is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in staging/material handling or warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of standard hand tools (drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.).
• Basic computer skills (web browser, email).
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Follow 3D models to install final parts on power cabinets using hand tools.
• Sort and stage material for final packaging station.
• Assemble wood pallets as required.
• Verify material accuracy against specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.

Position Description: Staging Operator- 2nd Shift

The Staging Operator at LayerZero Power Systems LLC. will be responsible for coordinating and preparing materials and components for production while ensuring they are properly organized and ready for uses strong organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Duties:

• Follow 3D model to install final parts (i.e. cover panels, labels, etc.) on power cabinets
• Use standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) to complete tasks assigned
• Sort and stage material to be used at final packaging station
• Assemble wood pallets as required
• Verify the accuracy of the materials and components received by comparing them to the specifications provided
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to appropriate personnel
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean and organized staging area
• Assists in other tasks related to material handling and inventory control as needed
• Standing for extended periods of time also will be bending, squatting, kneeling, or climbing a stepladder

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in staging, material handling, or warehouse operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (i.e. web browser, email)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and types of materials/components
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferred.
