LayerZero Power Systems LLC. is seeking a Staging Operator to coordinate and prepare materials for production at our Aurora, Ohio facility. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following 3D models to install final parts, using hand tools, sorting and staging materials, and assisting with inventory control. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred technical training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred.
• Experience in staging/material handling/warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of standard hand tools.
• Basic computer skills (web browser, email).

• Follow 3D model to install final parts on power cabinets.
• Use standard hand tools to complete tasks.
• Sort and stage material for final packaging.
• Assemble wood pallets as required.
• Verify materials against specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean staging area.
• Assist in other material handling and inventory tasks.
• Stand for extended periods and perform bending, kneeling, or climbing a stepladder.

Position Description: Staging Operator

The Staging Operator at LayerZero Power Systems LLC. will be responsible for coordinating and preparing materials and components for production while ensuring they are properly organized and ready for uses strong organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Follow 3D model to install final parts (i.e. cover panels, labels, etc.) on power cabinets
• Use standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) to complete tasks assigned
• Sort and stage material to be used at final packaging station
• Assemble wood pallets as required
• Verify the accuracy of the materials and components received by comparing them to the specifications provided
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to appropriate personnel
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean and organized staging area
• Assists in other tasks related to material handling and inventory control as needed
• Standing for extended periods of time also will be bending, squatting, kneeling, or climbing a stepladder

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in staging, material handling, or warehouse operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (i.e. web browser, email)
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and types of materials/components
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferred.
