Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking a Staging Operator for an on-site role in Streetsboro, Ohio. You will coordinate and prepare materials for production, follow 3D models, use basic hand tools, and maintain a clean, safe staging area in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in staging, material handling, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of standard hand tools (drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.).
• Basic computer skills (web browser, email).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Follow 3D model to install final parts (cover panels, labels, etc.) on power cabinets.
• Use standard hand tools to complete tasks assigned.
• Sort and stage material to be used at final packaging station.
• Assemble wood pallets as required.
• Verify the accuracy of the materials and components received by comparing them to the specifications provided.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean and organized staging area.
• Assist in other tasks related to material handling and inventory control as needed.
• Standing for extended periods of time and occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, or climbing a stepladder.

Position Description: Staging Operator

The Staging Operator at LayerZero Power Systems LLC. will be responsible for coordinating and preparing materials and components for production while ensuring they are properly organized and ready for uses strong organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Follow 3D model to install final parts (i.e. cover panels, labels, etc.) on power cabinets
• Use standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) to complete tasks assigned
• Sort and stage material to be used at final packaging station
