Qualifications

• Full-time student currently enrolled with minimum GPA 2.0.
• Working knowledge of stage management and theatrical procedures.
• Able to follow verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Rehearsal Management: ensure smooth rehearsals, tape floor plans, set up rehearsal spaces, track decisions in rehearsal notes.
• Documentation: record blocking, prompt book notes, time runs, and communicate changes in daily rehearsal reports.
• Cast & Crew Coordination: distribute forms, collect cast/crew information, and provide prompting during rehearsals.
• Production Meetings: lead weekly production meetings.
• Performance Operations: run and call the show during performances and secure rehearsal/performace areas after use.
• Other duties as assigned by the Stage Management supervisor.
