Summary of Job: Prepare, operate, and oversee the daily operation of Entertainment venues, shows, and events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain overall theater and stage cleanliness in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Support and promote a guest first philosophy.
3. Assist Team Members and guests in problem solving.
4. Perform light and sound checks daily, troubleshoot, and do minor maintenance.
5. Help cast, crew, and ushers daily to maintain top quality shows and performances.
6. Ensure all aspects of theater is prepped and in operational order for each performance.
7. Operate the technical equipment for each show.
8. Be able or willing to learn how to mix sound.
9. Keep up on inventory of theater equipment.
10. Meet and greet guests in a friendly and positive manner at all times.
11. Assist in training new Team Members on operating procedures.
12. Complete reports, maintenance reports, and training records as necessary.
13. Ensure all employees adhere to set schedules, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks.
14. Must adhere to the grooming code.
15. Develop prompt book/appropriate paperwork to run show by opening day of show.
16. Must assist with show laundry as needed.
17. Will be required to complete a ladder and fall safety course.
18. Complete other departmental duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
3. Must be able to work in heights up to 60 ft.
4. Must be able to cooperate well with other management staff.
5. Must be able to comply with Six Flags policies, including all safety and leadership standards.
6. Must be self-sufficient and be willing to work without a crew.
7. Must be able to handle stress and prioritize.
8. Must be willing to give disciplinary action when needed.
9. Must be able to handle confidential information.
10. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
11. Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
12. Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude.
13. Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others.
