Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment Career Center is seeking a Game Presentation & Entertainment Stage Manager (Game Crew) to support Philadelphia 76ers home games and Delaware Blue Coats events. You will coordinate and execute on-court performances, activations, and promotions, plus set-up and breakdown of materials.

The role requires availability for all 76ers home games, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to travel between arenas in Philadelphia, PA and

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute all in-game elements for 76ers and Blue Coats home games.
• Setting up and breaking down all on-court and in-arena activations.
• Assist in keeping game day props and materials organized and stored properly.
• Coordinate with groups participating in on-court presentations, promotions and activations pre-game, in-game and post-game.
• Assist with Color Guard, National Anthem, Halftime Acts elements.
• Handle fan interactive elements including selecting contestants for activations.
• Ensure equipment is set up for game day staff, stats crew and NBA officials.

Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Game Presentation & Entertainment Stage Managers (Game Crew) assist with all game day needs during Philadelphia 76ers home games such as coordination and execution of all on-court performances, activations, and promotions in addition to set-up, breakdown, and organizing promotional/prizing items.

Game Presentation & Entertainment is the execution arm of Group Sales, Sponsorship Activation, Ticket Sales & Service, Marketing Operations, and Social Responsibility. Also inclusive of Delaware Blue Coats home games, where further opportunities will be available to gain greater experience at the G-League level when it comes to Game Presentation, Entertainment & Live Production.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED, TO THE BELOW:

• The primary responsibility of the Game Presentation & Entertainment Stage Manager (Game Crew) is to execute all in-game elements for 76ers and Blue Coats home games.
• Setting up and breaking down all on-court and in-arena activations.
• Assist in keeping all game day props and operational materials organized, in good condition and stored appropriately before, during and after each game
• Coordinating with groups that participate in on-court presentations, promotions and/or activations pre-game, in-game & post-game
• Assist in the various elements associated with the game presentation such as the Color Guard Presentation, National Anthem Performance, Halftime Acts
• Fan interactive elements including selection of contestants for on-court & in-stands activations
• Ensure all equipment is set up for game day staff, stats crew, and NBA officials

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Work Environment: This position generally requires that work primarily be performed from the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, PA and the Chase Fieldhouse in Wilmington, DE.
• Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to move items up to 25 lbs each game night; stand and move throughout the Xfinity Mobile Arena and the Chase Fieldhouse for approximately 4-6 hours each shift.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The pay rate for this position at commencement of employment is $15.92/hour. This position will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
