Job summary

SeaWorld in San Antonio is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors for a seasonal position. You will help with fabrication, installation, show operations, and general maintenance, contributing to magical experiences for guests.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather. You’ll enjoy perks like free park admission, friend passes, discounts, and scholarship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to climb a ladder and work at heights between 6 and 25 feet.
• Comfortable working in theater and outdoor environments.
• Available to work varying shifts based on park hours.

• Assist with fabrication, installation/strike and maintenance/repair of various props, set pieces and décor
• Assist with daily technical checks, show operation, and maintenance of stage area
• Assist with material inventory process
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment

What it takes to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have past participation in production process and special assignments
• Able to climb a ladder and work at heights between 6 and 25 feet
• Able to stand, bend or kneel for long periods of time
• Able to bend, reach, twist and turn with complete flexibility
• Able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable working in theater and outdoor environments (dark/nighttime conditions, in varying weather conditions)
• Comfortable with exposure to noise and vibrations
• Able to train on and properly use protective gear
• Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts, as well as event rehearsal shifts
