We are seeking a Full-Time, Staffing Utilization Coordinator at our Central Business Office in West Long Branch, NJ.

About the Role:

The RCM Staffing Utilization Coordinator plays a critical role overseeing the efficient use of staff production and utilization within the RCM department. Responsibilities include reviewing daily production, ensuring appropriate output based on job duties, identifying potential cost-saving measures, and optimizing staffing levels, all while adhering to guidelines and regulations to maximize staffing resource allocation.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software
Requirements:
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions or recommendations to management
  • Effective communication with clinicians, patients, and administrative staff
  • Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop solutions to optimize resource utilization
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and coding guidelines
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure staff adherence to quotas and responsibilities
  • Perform concurrent reviews to identify resource optimization opportunities
