Job summary

The Ōnin Group is hiring a Staffing Supervisor in Murfreesboro, TN. You will lead and mentor a recruiting team, support over 100 teammates weekly, and strengthen client partnerships.

Responsibilities include optimizing recruiting strategies, overseeing payroll accuracy, onboarding success, and training compliance while driving branch growth with monthly markets and leads. Competitive salary and bonuses offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for team development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and recruiting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (high school diploma may be considered).

• Own and optimize recruiting strategies to drive high contact rates and applicant flow.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and satisfaction.

• Drive performance through weekly Pit Stop meetings with the team.
