Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Staffing Recruiter to connect job seekers with meaningful work, build strong client relationships, and support the full hiring process. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge and impact.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or staffing, excellent communication, and a passion for helping people succeed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and adaptable with strong time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
