CareCore at Lakeridge seeks an organized Staffing Scheduler / Transportation Coordinator to support both our nursing staff and residents, coordinating schedules and safe transportation. This role emphasizes strong communication and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will be an STNA preferred, with良 to remain organized and customer-focused; must be 25+ to operate the company van and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• STNA preferred and healthcare exposure.
• Must be 25+ to operate company van.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience in healthcare staffing or scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and STNAs
• Assist with staffing needs, call-offs, schedule changes, and coverage
• Schedule and coordinate resident medical appointments
• Provide safe transportation for residents to and from appointments using the company vehicle
• Communicate appointment and transportation details with residents, families, nursing staff, and outside providers
• Maintain accurate scheduling and transportation records
• Assist the nursing team as needed

This position plays an important role in supporting both our nursing staff and residents. The ideal candidate will be an STNA with strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and STNAs
