Position Details
  • Location: Main Campus
  • Department: CARDIOLOGY SERVICES
  • Schedule: Full Time, 8 HR Day Shift
Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced nursing care in Cardiovascular Services.
  • Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Educate and train new nurses and patients/families.
  • Support hospital policies and values.
Qualifications
  • Current RN License in Georgia.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Specialty certification preferred.
  • Completion of unit-specific training; competence in CV areas such as Cath Lab, Hybrid OR, CVOR, Cath Prep, Nuclear Med; CICU experience is also accepted.
  • At least two years of RN experience, with preference for related specialty experience.
  • Strong assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse patient populations.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily hospital/clinic setting with physical demands including lifting, pushing, and exposure to blood and body fluids.
