Elwood Staffing is seeking a Staffing Assistant to join our growing team in Indiana. The role focuses on greeting, scheduling, responding to inquiries, and processing of applicants and associates, while supporting branch operations and customer service goals.

You will handle intake, interview flow, and new hire documentation, coordinating with staff to ensure timely, accurate processing and excellent service. We offer extensive training and advancement opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff.

• Respond to inquiries and manage applicant traffic.
