Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree with 2+ years in recruiting or 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a knack for asking good questions and seeking perspectives.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and pursue opportunities in a Commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle recruitment for assigned searches across levels.
• Work with hiring managers to develop position descriptions and provide counsel.
• Source candidates through internal/external networks and events.
• Lead strategic sourcing and research to identify and build the talent network.
• Screen and select candidates per governmental and client specifications.
• Facilitate hiring decisions and meet deadlines.
• Support Talent Acquisition to improve recruitment processes and build partnerships.
• Prepare staffing documentation for proposals and tailor CVs as needed.
