UC Health's UC Medical Center in Cincinnati is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for Nursing Operations. This part-time role (24 hours/week) coordinates staffing and scheduling for all inpatient care units and allocates available resources to meet short-term needs.

You will collaborate with the nursing manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels, support patient care operations across units, and help sustain high-quality clinical service for our community.

Shift: 12 Hour AM, 8 AM-8 PM

The staffing coordinator is responsible for coordinating staffing/scheduling needs for all in patient care units and allocating available staffing resources to meet short term staffing needs. This is done in collaboration with the nursing manager (or designee) to ensure appropriate levels of staffing.
