We are currently looking for a full-time Staffing Coordinator to hire Direct Services staff. This might be a perfect fit for you if you enjoy communicating with and assisting field-based job candidates, being responsible for detail-oriented administrative work, AND:

Regular Job Duties:

  • Review and screen applicants for direct care positions, ensuring all prerequisites are met;
  • Conduct legally compliant interviews with selected candidates;
  • Build positive relationships with applicants while promoting the benefits of AZA United and open opportunities;
  • Collaborate with the Training and Compliance Team to ensure an efficient, effective, and excellent experience for those working their way through the onboarding process.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • G.E.D. or HS Diploma required; college degree or professional business-related certification a plus;
  • Previous experience with interviewing and applicant tracking systems highly preferred;
  • Minimum one year of related experience, with at least one year in a nonprofit, human services, and/or healthcare organization (knowledge of DDD Services and HCBS a plus);
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams);
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required;
  • Must be able to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, submit a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance, car registration, and meet all other hiring requirements.
