Qualifications

• Ability to interact professionally with residents, families and staff.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Consult with the Director of Nursing to determine staffing needs.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet residents' needs.
• Prepare and present staffing reports on a timely basis.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and assist in staffing procedures.
• Schedule appointments and answer phones.
• Audit nursing staff time and maintain a professional image.
• Comply with policies and procedures.
