Job summary

Homewatch CareGivers of Billings is hiring dependable caregivers for 7am–10pm shifts in Billings, MT, with day, evening, weekend, PRN and part-time opportunities.

Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home while supporting families with trusted care. We offer advancement opportunities and promote from within when possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care provided.
• Excellent communication and empathetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as walking, grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Support clients with errands, appointments, meal preparation, and social activities.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and the care team.

Homewatch CareGivers of Billings is immediately hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers for 7am to 10pm shifts, including day, evening, weekend, PRN, and part-time opportunities.

We have immediate openings for Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs in Billings and the surrounding areas. Pay ranges from $16 to $26 per hour, depending on experience, role, schedule, and client needs. As our local team continues to grow, advancement opportunities may also be available, and we prioritize promoting from within whenever possible, including PRN and part-time administrative roles for caregivers.

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide personalized support to clients in their homes while helping them feel respected, seen, and cared for.

• Assist with activities of daily living such as walking, grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility support


• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support


• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment


• Support clients with errands, appointments, meal preparation, and social activities


• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and the care team

What We're Looking For

• A dependable, compassionate person who enjoys helping others


• Caregiving, CNA, PCA, healthcare, or personal care experience is helpful, but not required


• Strong communication skills and a respectful, patient approach

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends when needed


• Willingness to learn, complete training, and grow with our team

Bonus Qualifications

• Current or previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, or healthcare certification


• Experience supporting older adults, children, or people with disabilities


• Knowledge of local community resources and services

Schedule & Location

We are immediately hiring for 7am to 10pm shifts Monday through Sunday. We also have shifts that include day, evening, weekend, PRN, and part-time opportunities Monday through Sunday. This is an in-home care position serving clients in Billings, Montana, and surrounding areas.
