Reports to: Director of Education Services

Job Duties:

• Actively seek referrals for services
• Staff available cases with available providers
• Oversee the staffing of all services with providers
• Monitor individual school referral systems / posting centers for case opportunities.
• Manage and update CTP provider availability to facilitate staffing
• Maintain the referrals and staffing email boxes
• Maintain current list of unstaffed cases
• Manage re-staffing of provider
• Oversee the start and ending of all case assignments
• Transition case management to the Clinical Department
• Orient new providers to CTP systems and ensure foundational understanding prior to case assignment
• Provide case needs to recruiting to ensure a pipeline of providers
• Collaborate within and across departments
• Provide high quality customer service skills
• Participate in Department special projects as requested.

• Strong ability to multi-task and operate in situations with regularly changing priorities
• Exceptional time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding ability to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities
• Collaborative, team player who can also work independently
• Ability to learn and retain new tasks, systems, and processes quickly
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve problems and tackle issues to their resolution
• Previous experience in a staffing position preferred

Salary: starting at $ 38,000
