Are you passionate about improving lives and supporting frontline caregivers? As a Remote Staffing Coordinator , you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the care they need while helping our caregivers achieve consistent schedules and income.
This is more than just scheduling, it's about making smart, compassionate decisions in real-time to support our teams and clients alike.
Option 1: Friday through Monday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST (Four 10-hour shifts)
Option 2: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
Review Caregiver Preferences: Use Point-of-Care software to view and assess preferred caregiver hours.
Strategically Match Shifts: Identify client needs and open shifts, filling vacancies with the right caregiver based on preferences and client attributes.
Optimize Scheduling: Analyze data to maximize coverage and ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with Teams: Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and branch staff for a cohesive experience.
Communicate in Real-Time: Promptly notify branch staff of any client complaints, concerns, or scheduling changes.
Maintain Documentation: Ensure all interactions and updates are thoroughly recorded in the scheduling system.
Provide Feedback: Relay performance, attendance, and client feedback to branch leadership.
Support Inbound Calls: Assist customer service when needed to ensure high-quality support.
We're looking for someone with:
At least 1 year of experience in healthcare-related scheduling, data entry, or direct patient care
A High School Diploma (Associate's Degree preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Technical proficiency with scheduling software and reporting systems
Fluent spoken and written English
Experience in a call center or remote customer support role
Background in home care, healthcare staffing, or caregiving
Strong computer literacy
