Job summary

Maple Crest Health Center is hiring a Staffing Coordinator at a starting wage of $24.00/hr. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday day-shift position responsible for keeping our nursing department fully and appropriately staffed.

The Coordinator will build and maintain the nursing schedule, fill shifts, coordinate with agencies, review CNA applications, and track attendance and timekeeping. Equal opportunity employer with accommodations available on request.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Schedule

Full-time, day shift. This position includes weekend rotation, holiday coverage, and on-call responsibility for after-hours staffing needs.
