UVA Community Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing and scheduling using Time and Staffing to optimize allocation of Staffing Office staff. The role requires coordination across hospital staff and departments, with emphasis on confidentiality and accuracy.
The ideal candidate has at least two years in an office setting, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with peers and leadership.

Supervises Positions:
This position performs all staffing and scheduling functions including placement of Staffing Office employees through the use of Time and Staffing system to ensure the most efficient allocation of available Staffing office staff.
Education: High School Diploma or GED Required
Experience: 2 Years Of Office Environment Experience Required.
Licensure: N/A
Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Demonstrates proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet skills, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to secure and maintain private and confidential information. Requires excellent ability to effectively communicate with hospital staff and ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Working knowledge of Time and staffing preferred (scheduler or staffer experience preferred). Must be detail oriented. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Ability to analyze and problem solve.

The base compensation range for this role is $18.00 - $23.59 hourly.
Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs such as shift differentials, clinical ladders, and other incentives that may be available for those in eligible positions.
