Job summary

Elite Home Care in South Carolina is seeking a Staffing Coordinator who is energetic, organized, and compassionate to connect caregivers with office teams and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling. This mission-driven role supports seniors and adults to live independently with dignity.

You’ll maintain HR files, upload documents, troubleshoot staffing gaps, and communicate clearly with caregivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, long-term care, or related settings preferred.
• Familiarity with dementia care (Alzheimer’s) is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
• A can-do attitude and desire to help others is important.

What You’ll Do:

As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our operations. You’re the bridge between our dedicated caregivers and office team—helping to recruit, onboard, support, and schedule those who make a real difference every day.

In This Role, You’ll:
