Job summary

Asistencia Villa Rehabilitation and CareCenter in California is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for all shifts. The role offers competitive hourly pay and the chance to contribute to high-quality senior care in a supportive family-owned environment.

New grads are welcome; CA RN license or license in progress is required. You will assess and monitor patients, document care, and update plans in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license, or proof license will be complete or renewed soon.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing is a plus.
• Caring team player with customer service focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and monitors patient's response to therapeutic regimens and addresses findings.
• Evaluates and monitors the quality of assigned patients' care and follows up on concerns.
• Documents patient's response to nursing interventions related to actual diagnoses.
• Assesses patient/family understanding and adjusts teaching methods as needed.
• Updates plan of care based on effectiveness and status changes.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $52.00 to $55.00 hourly. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

We are looking for Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for all shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and monitors patient's response to therapeutic regimen as an ongoing process and addresses findings appropriately findings appropriately.
• Evaluates and monitors the quality of assigned patients' care. Follows up when quality concerns are identified.
• Documents patient's response to nursing interventions related to actual nursing diagnoses / problems.
• Evaluates the patient / family level of understanding and alters teaching methodology to improve learning.
• Updates / revises plan of care based on the effectiveness of interventions and patients' change in status as recognized in ongoing patient assessments / reassessment.
