Requirements
  • Maintain a cheerful demeanor and develop positive rapport with clients, staff, and community resources involved in home care services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address all requests promptly.
  • Stay informed of state, federal, and business regulations.
  • Provide effective communication with branch and corporate staff.
  • Contact new client referrals and current clients regularly to coordinate care.
  • Work with the service coordinator to meet staffing needs.
  • Collect, review, and submit field staff documentation accurately and timely.
  • Maintain employee and client medical records, ensuring files are current and organized.
  • Communicate issues and complaints to the branch manager.
  • Keep all private and protected health information confidential.
  • Participate in special projects and attend required trainings/meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
