Elevance Health is seeking a Staff VP Deputy CISO to lead information security and business resiliency programs. The role directs internal and external resources to translate strategy into measurable execution across cybersecurity disciplines, reporting to the VP Chief Information Security Officer.

Hybrid/onsite arrangement with in-office at least 3 days per week; multiple locations including Mason, OH; alternate locations may be considered. Salary range applies to the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• 15+ years information security leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading distributed IT teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees security technology infrastructure, risk remediation, and integrations.
• Provides cross-functional leadership across IAM, Security Tech Services, Data Protection, Threat Management, Cloud Security, Architecture, and AI.
• Collaborates with senior leaders, legal, risk management, regulators, customers, and vendors.
