Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Staff User Experience Researcher to empower product and UX decision-makers with data-driven insights. You will manage a research program for key product teams, planning, conducting, and communicating results from qualitative, quantitative, and experimental studies that investigate users, needs, motivations, and behaviors.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional UX research in product development
• Strong portfolio across mixed methods research
• Undergraduate or higher in a related field
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing mixed methods studies
• Proficiency with qualitative and quantitative methods and tools
• Experience data management for UX research projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of research across product teams
• Mentor junior researchers and guide UX team
• Plan, conduct, analyze, and communicate research results
• Collaborate with designers, PMs and engineers to identify opportunities
• Set best practices for research plans and documentation
