  • Create understanding and empathy around user needs, stated and unstated, for your entire product team including designers, product managers, and engineers.

  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate end-to-end experiences, ensuring our product portfolio is designed to support a diverse range of riders.

  • Analyze, synthesize, and interpret study findings into key insights to be delivered to cross-disciplinary stakeholders in clear, concise, and compelling ways

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.

  • Experience with product research, either in an end-to-end, usability, or generative setting.

Preferred qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.

  • Expertise in consumer product design and development. Preferred expertise in transportation and/or adjacent industries.

  • Experience working in a very dynamic environment.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work fully independently.

  • Strong stakeholder management and peer (eg. PM, DS, ENG, UXD, ID) collaboration skills.
