Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale programs across multiple engineering organizations.
• Ability to influence architecture and executive decision making without direct authority.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and security.
• Experience transforming technology initiatives with complex dependencies.
• Excellent communication with VP and C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution of the highest-priority platform and trust initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Influence technical direction by aligning long-term platform investments with business strategy.
• Drive portfolio planning, sequencing, and prioritization among concurrent programs.
• Establish operating mechanisms to improve planning, dependency management, and execution.
• Lead governance forums, quarterly planning, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Improve engineering effectiveness through scalable program management, metrics, and automation.
• Coach and mentor Senior TPMs and establish TPM standards.
