Cribl seeks a staff-level investigator to lead insider threat investigations, digital/hardware forensics, and executive protection. This hybrid role requires directing complex cases, briefing executives, and maturing security programs within a fast-growing telemetry company.

You will serve as a senior technical and investigative resource on a small team, collaborating with HR, Legal, and Security to ensure compliant, defensible investigations while maintaining confidentiality and meticulous

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across insider threat investigations, digital/hardware forensics, and physical/executive protection.
• Hands-on forensic skills with standard tooling and hardware-level techniques.
• Active or recent CFCE or comparable digital forensics credentialing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead insider risk investigations from detection through closure with scope, evidence collection, interviews, findings, and remediation recommendations.
• Conduct forensic acquisition and analysis of laptops, mobile devices, removable media, and network artifacts.
• Provide executive protection coverage for principals during travel and events; plan and coordinate security logistics.
