Location: Chicago, IL (Remote, Hybrid/In-office options)

Employment Type: Part-Time/ Full-Time

Sow & Seed is a boutique Black women owned and operated group practice serving clients in Illinois! We are committed to community health, emphasizing relationships as fundamental. We seek limited permit therapists/mental health counselors LPC or LCPCs available for full-time work, approximately 15-25+ client hours/week.

Who We Are Looking For:

Ideal candidates have a niche interest in relational work (e.g., family systems, interpersonal dynamics, couples) or a desire to develop a niche in these areas. Candidates must be licensed in Illinois (full or provisional) and have experience working with diverse communities. An interest in psychodynamic, relational, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and integrative approaches is preferred. We value creative, innovative, culturally humble, curious therapists with an entrepreneurial mindset.
