Job summary

The Expansive Group (TEG) is seeking compassionate mental health professionals to join our growing team of therapists and coaches. If you are a thoughtful clinician who is motivated by serving the queer and trans community and destigmatizing sex education, we'd love to work with you!

Qualifications

• Pre-licensed or graduating from a MA counseling or social work program within the next 6 months.
• Experience with the LGBTQIA+ community.
• Interest in sex & relationship therapy.
• Licensed or seeking licensure in Illinois or New York.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 20 sessions/week (therapy and/or coaching)
• Timely completion of clinical documentation
• Attendance of all mandatory staff, group consultation, and supervision meetings
• Self-promotion of professional services, with support from TEG marketing
• Availability on select evenings and/or weekends

Who We Are

The Expansive Group (TEG) is home to a team of creative, diverse and passionate mental health professionals and educators. In addition to providing psychotherapy and coaching services to clients worldwide and free education on social media (@queersextherapy, @theexpansivegroup), our team also creates and facilitates workshops for other therapy practices, healthcare professionals, companies, and organizations. Compensation & Benefits

• Starting wage $40-50/session, depending on experience
