You will read lab plans, interpret basic blueprints, verify configurations, and log transactions, keeping equipment and work area neat and organized.

The role requires typically an AA/AS degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience and composites fabrication skills (lay-up).

What You Will Do

Read and follow lab planning, lab procedures and work instructions. Able to interpret basic blueprint/drawings if required. Able to read and follow specification requirements Check work visually and dimensionally using required documentation to verify configurations, quality and identify nonconformance from workmanship of self and others. Use computers and office equipment to record and process transactions. Keep equipment and surroundings neat, clean and organized. Perform related duties as required within the scope of this job function as well as willing to learn other processes to broaden skillset.

The salary range for this role is 58,400 USD - 111,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
