Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience leading complex hardware or hardware/software development programs.
• Demonstrated success delivering integrated systems from concept through production, deployment, or field operations.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, hardware development, validation, qualification, and manufacturing readiness.
