Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead development of Sentry Platform Technologies, owning the shared hardware and software foundations relied on by multiple products. You will partner with Product Management, Platform Architecture, Chief Engineers, and engineering teams across Counter-Intrusion, Air Defense, Maritime, and more to evolve reusable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years leading hardware and/or software product development programs.
• Delivery of hardware, software, or electromechanical technologies from concept to production.
• Understanding of systems integration, platform development, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering efforts across disciplines.
• Ability to influence technical decisions without direct management authority.
• Experience with suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering leadership across lifecycles.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution for shared Sentry platform technologies across multiple products.
• Drive concept to prototype, integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Partner with Product Management, Platform Architecture, Engineering, and leadership to align roadmaps.
• Synchronize platform roadmaps with milestone targets across teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Drive standardization and reuse of common technologies across the Sentry family.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies with alignment across organizations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing to mature platform tech for scalable production.
• Communicate roadmap status, decisions, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
