Job summary

BayOne Solutions in Palo Alto seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager focused on IAM and cybersecurity. You will lead 8+ years of program management, with 3+ years in IAM, and drive Okta and Entra ID/Azure AD initiatives across enterprise migrations.

You will coordinate SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, JML, and IGA efforts, partnering with engineering, SI partners, vendors and executives to deliver secure, compliant identity solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical program or project management.
• 3+ years in IAM or cybersecurity program management.
• Hands-on understanding of Okta and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Experience leading enterprise IAM transformations and migrations.
• Ability to challenge engineering teams on SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, JML, and IGA.
• Experience managing engineering teams, SI/partners, vendors and executives.
• Broad cybersecurity exposure including GRC, SOC, vendor risk, and governance.
