Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of ATS software and recruiting policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to analyze data to make strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders to source top talent aligned with goals and culture.
• Partner with HR managers to understand hiring needs and workforce trends.
• Lead intake meetings and create recruiting plans.
• Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and present candidates to managers.
• Analyze candidate experience to prepare competitive salary offers with staff compensation.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and provide feedback on candidates.
• Establish sourcing pipelines for key Firm positions.
• Maintain documentation in the ATS and candidate management systems.
