Qualifications

• Experience with systems engineering activities including integration and technical analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or support cross-functional technical teams in a mission-focused environment.
• Experience with THAAD or Patriot Launchers.
• Active or current Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advise engineering and program leadership on launcher system design and operations.
• Support launch campaigns, readiness reviews, and mission assurance activities.
• Evaluate technical risks, anomalies, and corrective actions.
• Review requirements, interfaces, and integration strategies.
• Provide expertise on launch vehicle performance, trajectory, and mission constraints.
• Support proposal development, customer briefings, and technical strategy.
• Mentor systems engineers and launch operations personnel.
• Coordinate across government, customer, and contractor teams.
• Support the Launchers both fielded and in development.
• Support the customer with the fielded launchers both domestic and international.
• Support the Launcher production and field return troubleshooting.
• Support the development of new Launcher capabilities.
• Support Fire Control and Weapon Systems updates as needed.
