Job summary

Oceus Networks is seeking a security‑minded engineer to support customer solutions at client sites in the United States. You will load software, configure and verify deployments, and troubleshoot using Oceus Networks products and third‑party packages.

In this role, you will implement and maintain a strong security posture, interact with customers and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery while adapting to evolving technical requirements.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Current secret security clearance at minimum.
• 2–4 years of engineering experience in computer technology.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent knowledge of installing and configuring servers, routers, and switches.
• STIG and RMF security implementation experience.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and test end-to-end customer solutions.
• Load software, configure, integrate, verify, and troubleshoot onsite using Oceus Networks products and third-party solutions.
• Implement and maintain solution security posture per STIG and RMF.
• Provide technical interface to customers for their responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
• Proactively keep skillsets up to date and meet project schedules.
